Did you know Tucson Tamale started as a love story?

Years ago, when Todd was dating a woman named Sherry, she invited him along to a day of tamale making with her family. Having no idea what to expect, Todd arrived to a crowded home filled with family, bushels of fresh corn, roasted chilies, stewing meat on the stove and, most important, cases of cold beer.
After that day, Todd fell in love with two things: Sherry, and making tamales.

I love tamales. I live in North Dakota and tamales are thin on the ground. I was at the Natural Grocers in Fargo ND (only 100 mile round trip) when I saw your tamales.I decided to try them. Oh MY!
My favorite is the Green Chili Pork and Cheese Tamales.
Thank you for your wonderful product.
