Our tamales are the perfect on the go snack, minute meal for one or a delicious group catering right in your freezer!In addition to pairing with your favorite side dish, top your tamales with a favorite salsa or crema. Serve them on top of a salad or enjoy for breakfast with a fried egg in top! But don't forget, DON'T EAT THE HUSK! :)
We recommend removing your tamales from their foam cooler as soon as you get them. They can be stored in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for up to a year depending on the expiration.
Now comes the tricky part... reheating tamales. Each tamale is fully cooked and must be reheated to an internal temperature of 165℉. Tamales can be heated many different ways so we put them all into a nice table for you! Whether you want a tamale for yourself or a dozen for a fiesta, you'll find heating instructions here.
