Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wash and dry your jalapeños then cut them in and scoop out the seeds. Lay your cut jalapeños on a lined baking tray and set aside for now. Next, heat your tamale(s) according to the directions on the packaging. Once heated, dice the tamale so it’s easier to mix into the softened cream cheese. Mix the tamale into the cream cheese. For a smoother consistency, mix with a hand blender until smooth. Once completely mixed, start scooping the cream cheese filling into your jalapeño ‘boats’. Top off the cream cheese with bread crumbs and/or bacon bits. Place your poppers in in the oven for 25 minutes and enjoy your Tamale Jalapeño Poppers!
