OUR TAMALE LOVE
Sherry grew up in a loud and large Mexican family that handed down their tamale recipe for generations. Todd’s first tamale making experience started in Sherry’s family home with five bushels of corn, 25 pounds of freshly roasted green chilies, 18 friends and family and five cases of beer. Since 2008, this husband and wife team has been making their award-winning tamales and spreading the tamale joy.
